Predict your fertile window and ovulation date based on your cycle length and luteal phase.
Ovulation is the release of an egg from one of your ovaries. It typically happens around day 14 of a 28-day cycle, but this varies based on your individual cycle length and luteal phase.
Sperm can survive in the fallopian tubes for up to 5 days, and an egg survives for 12–24 hours after ovulation. This means your fertile window spans approximately 6 days — the 5 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation itself.
Note: This tool works best for regular cycles. Irregular cycles make predicting ovulation harder. For fertility concerns, speak with your GP or a fertility specialist.
